Welcome to Tiger Wilderness Lodge. By booking your stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations & Check-in/Check-out

• Standard check-in and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and booking confirmation at the time of check-in.

2. Payment Policy

• A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the selected rate plan.
• Additional charges (room service, meals, activities, etc.) must be settled at the time of check-out.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 10 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2–3 business days.

4. Occupancy Policy

• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum room capacity.
• Extra beds are available on request at an additional charge.
• Children above 8 years are considered adults for billing purposes.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff.
• Any damage to lodge property will be charged to the guest’s account.
• Illegal activities, loud music, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• The lodge is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables (where available).
• The lodge is not liable for any injury, accident, or medical emergency during the stay.

7. Force Majeure

The lodge will not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
